Wiki Review

The wiki is a review queue, not a dump. A page is waiting until its frontmatter has checked: <date>. This page defines the agent behaviors for the review loop.

Mechanics

  • Queue = dated pages without checked (structural pages excluded).
  • ./scripts/wiki-review CLI: queue --since <iso> / --topic <t> / --json, check <file>, generate, daily, digest.
  • docs/queue.md, docs/daily.md and docs/days/<date>.md are regenerated on every deploy. Never edit them by hand.

Daily views group saves by the note’s ISO date:. Notes whose date is not YYYY-MM-DD (e.g. 2026-08) are skipped by the daily views (the review queue still includes them).

Agent behaviors (when the user asks)

1. “What should I check today?”

  1. Run ./scripts/wiki-review queue -n 20.
  2. Rank: unreviewed + last 7 days first; prefer healthy (body ≥ 300 chars, non-placeholder); prioritize topics overlapping the user’s active projects (private vault: ~/wiki/Now.md + ~/wiki/Projects/) and recently checked notes.
  3. Reply with the top 5 as wikilinks + a one-line why each. Add skipped reasoning (placeholder/no body/topic backlog).

2. “What did I save in <day/range>?”

  1. Run ./scripts/wiki-review queue --since <start> (add --topic <t> if scoped).
  2. Group by day, oldest→newest; include tags and placeholder flags.

3. “What do I have on ?”

  1. ./scripts/wiki-review queue --topic <topic> for unreviewed, then also query reviewed ones via wiki-review queue on the topic after widening since if the user wants the whole archive.

4. Weekly digest (docs/reviews/<monday-date>.md)

  • Trigger: run on the VPS cron alongside deploy.sh, using ./scripts/wiki-review digest --since <last-monday>.
  • Structure:
    • ## This week — the raw digest output (saves since last Monday).
    • ## Worth your time — pick at most 3: healthy, on-topic, highest expected value. One sentence each.
    • ## Skipped — list the ones you deliberately left out (placeholder, thin, off-topic) with a one-word reason.
  • English UI, preserve original (Vietnamese) titles and author names.

5. During a review chat (marking read)

  • When the user says “read this / done / skip for now”: for “read” run ./scripts/wiki-review check <file>; for “skip for now” do nothing (it stays in the queue); for “this is dead/duplicate” delete the file and note it.

Language

  • UI/UI-copy: English. Never translate titles/authors in the original language (breaks search + tags).
