Someone just dropped 1,324 fitness exercise animations on GitHub with full metadata, and it’s the same data every fitness app I’ve used is built on top of.
It’s called exercises-dataset. Every entry comes packed:
→ Animation GIF showing the exact movement → Thumbnail image → Target muscle group + secondary muscles → Equipment required (barbell, dumbbell, cable, bodyweight, etc.) → Full bilingual instructions with form cues
