i just watched hormozi’s 3-hour masterclass on audience growth in 2026. he gained 4,500,000 followers in a year and sold $105,000,000 worth of books in a weekend. here are 6 ideas i can’t stop thinking about:

  1. TEACH. DON’T PERFORM. most people make “smart” content for likes. fancy words. pretty pictures. big lines. cool. but wrong job. one post = one pain, one fix, one point. and most people mess up the next part too:
  2. WRITE FOR BUYERS. NOT CREATORS. a lot of people post for other creators, their team & their ego - but not the buyer. so do this instead: • first line = proof (why should they trust you) • second line = promise (what’s in it for them) • third line = plan (how are you delivering it) if the right person can’t get it in 5 seconds, the post is not clear. then they make this mistake:
  3. PICK ONE PERSON. TALK TO THEM. broad topics gets reach. narrow gets the right people. for the next 30 posts, talk to one kind of person about one kind of problem. let the wrong people scroll. then stop caring about this:
  4. FUCK VIEWS. FOCUS ON REVENUE.

10,000 views from randoms is cool. 1,000 views from real buyers is better. after you post, check: • email signups. • calls booked. • sales. • cash. a post that blows up and brings in no buyers is not a win - it’s a sugar high. and this next one explains why:

  1. SHORTS GET SEEN. LONGS GET TRUST. one reel may get me to stop but 20 good minutes may get me to trust you.

short stuff gets eyes. long stuff does the heavy lifting. so make the long thing first then cut the short stuff from it. that way the short points to something with depth. and then most people blow it here:

  1. WRITE LIKE THEY DON’T KNOW YOU. every post is someone’s first post. • they don’t know why you matter. • they don’t know your jokes. • they don’t know your story. introduce yourself. use plain words. show proof. “i’m Lenny and i’ve posted 4,500 times on Threads. i help you turn content into clients. here’s how:”
  2. teach.
  3. write for buyers.
  4. pick one person.
  5. track cash.
  6. make long stuff.
  7. write for strangers. i still catch myself doing 6) and then acting shocked when cold people don’t care 🫠 which one are you still doing? 👇🏼
