I stopped paying for Claude.
Not because it’s bad.
Because I realized I was hiring one expensive generalist for 8 jobs where free specialists did better.
My current stack:

Some remember me better. Some research more patiently. Some let me see and control the entire workflow. And one keeps coding at 30,000 feet—with no Wi-Fi.
The lesson isn’t “Claude is dead.”
It’s this:
Stop asking one AI to be your entire team.
Pick the specialist for the job.
