Comment FACTORY and I’ll send you the full skill factory: the exact NotebookLM prompt and the SKILL.md template, and every step in one guide.

NotebookLM writes it. Claude runs it. Zero hallucinations.

Most people build a Claude skill by guessing. They write a SKILL.md from memory, the model fills the gaps, and the output drifts.

There is a cleaner way.

You let NotebookLM write the skill from your own sources, so every line is grounded in something you actually said.

Here is the loop, start to finish:

  1. Add your best sources in NotebookLM. PDFs, articles, videos, data.
  2. Ask it to write the SKILL.md from those sources only.
  3. Check every line is cited. If a line has no citation, cut it.
  4. Drop the file in your Claude skills folder. One folder per skill.
  5. Name it so it auto-triggers. The name and description tell Claude when to fire.
  6. Run it with a slash command. Same output, every time.
  7. Build one skill per job, then repeat. Your library compounds.

The trick on step 1 is to feed it your own articles. That grounds the skill in your voice, not a generic template.

Then your skills stop hallucinating, because they were never guessing in the first place.

Comment FACTORY and I’ll send the whole thing over.
