6 things that will save you weeks ⬇️
sit down once and count things how many countries, how many times you’ve moved, how many years you’ve been doing the thing you do, how many rejections you got before the yes. every one of those numbers is a hook waiting for you
keep an idea bank and keep it clean mine is a chat with myself. no reels from other people in there, ever. just my own thoughts, voice notes at night if it’s late. i think the moment you start saving other people’s reels in there, it stops producing ideas
pick your format the same moment you pick the idea once a week i go through the bank, pull 4 or 5 ideas, and write the format next to each one. if the format isn’t decided, the idea just sits there forever
select your shots into an album before you open the editor one album per reel. picking footage while editing is the slowest possible way to work
write a caption every single time people reading it counts toward watch time, and watch time is what decides whether your reel goes out to anyone new. it’s the easiest free thing on the platform and almost nobody does it
don’t watch anyone else’s content until you’ve posted yours this one changed things for me. if i scroll first, everything already feels said and i don’t want to post. make yours, then go look
if you’re into making content, come hang out @angelinacudi 🤍
