Claw code is now free and I'm going to guide you through exactly how to set this up today. You can see some examples of what we build right here. So if we play this video, we actually got a free claw code to create a bunch of examples of what you can build with free claw code and then it actually created a video where it showcases all the projects together as you can see using another free skill which I'll come on to in a second. So, you've now got a free version of Claw Code that's super powerful, runs on any free API and means that you can use Claw Code for free forever. I'll show you exactly how it works in a second. So, that whole video plus all of these demos was fully created with free clawed code, which is pretty insane. I mean, like the outputs are good here and this was completely free to build. Here's another example. So, you know, it can create like really visual interesting stuff as well. We can um preview that full screen as you can see too. If we go on this one, here's another one. Um, pretty interesting stuff here. Here's another one. And uh, it's it's not bad at all. I thought it'd be terrible. It's actually pretty good. So, what we've done is we've built this into our agent operating system as you can see. And then we can either tap type to it or we can actually chat to it. So, we can use this and actually build with it directly. And then for example if we say okay build out a snake game you can see that it will start building that out directly. So you've got the prompt here that I just spoke and now it's building it out with the preview on the right hand side and so you can code and build anything that could be apps or anything that you want using free claw code with this system. You might be wondering okay how does it work? So basically what we do is we take the GitHub which is a free open source project and then we can basically use the power of CL code but this allows you to plug it into any free API and there's plenty of free APIs out there. So for example, you know, you could use our alpha on open router. You could use Gemma 4, which is also free. And I call this the Goldie agent engine, right? It means that you can basically build apps or tools or games or websites as you can see right here using this free powerful model. And so you can see it's actually building in real time. And then we've got the preview. We can also check out our workspace over here too. And so we can build anything that we want using this process like you can see. Pretty crazy, right? Right. And we can also see what we've previously created. So if we scroll over here, you can see all the stuff that we've actually built out recently using this setup. Pretty wild, right? Um and then over here you've got the chat. So you can speak to it with the agent video factory. Um you could actually ask it to create videos for you and that sort of thing or you can use the chat in the workspace which is absolutely amazing. So, just to recap here, you know, I built a playable game, spinning galaxy, uh, animations, videos, real working apps, and the cost to make them was free, right? It didn't cost anything. And so, free claude code can basically automate everything for you on a free model. And here's the whole stack and the four things it built, right? So, again, it built this video. You might be wondering, hey, how did it create this video? Like, how do you get an AI agent to do that? So, what you can do here is you can use something called Remotion. And Remotion allows you to train your AI agents to create videos, right? It can create animations and put them together. And so this whole thing, this, you know, 30 second video was fully created with uh pre-clawed code, which is pretty crazy. And so, not only did it create the projects, but actually created a video about the projects as well. And um yeah, it's it's amazing. And then these are some of the projects we built as you can see right here you know and before this is the interesting thing as well. So before if you were using claude code well if you want to build cool stuff you really need like an API right and then you use a lot of tokens and you need a lot of resources and also you hold back because you can't build exactly what you want to build simply because when you're building it out you you're worried about tokens and all that sort of thing. Whereas when we've wired free clawed code into our agent operating system, we can build and we can experiment and we can try cool stuff. And the reason we can do that is because we're not limited or constrained by APIs or tokens, right? We can just build cool stuff out all the time. We can even control it with our voice and it's pretty wild. So that is the free Goldie agent engine. So now, for example, if I type one sentence, a free model can write the whole app. It can create games as you've seen already. And also you could train it to do like computer use and all that sort of stuff as well. And these are the examples of what we built. So six real apps built for free by AI. I just did this this morning just for fun just to show you the power of what you can do and how you can build this stuff. Right now you might be saying, okay, what models can you use? What models are available for free? So if you go to open router and you type in free like so you can see there's loads like you are not limited um in terms of free models anymore right if you look at what's out there you got Hermes 3 by news research and bear in mind Hermes itself the AI agent is one of the most powerful AI agents in the world so this is quite a respected AI lab and you can use a Hermes model for free right uh you also got Nemetron from Nvidia so you can use Nvidia's models for free kim 2.6 free, right? And so you've got all these different free APIs that I think 99% of people are not even aware of, but you can plug those into your AI agents and into your agent operating system just like we've done over here. And so most people think that Claude Code only works one way. They think you have to pay per token to use it. They think the CLI is locked to one model provider. They think a a free version would be worse than a a paid version. But none of this is true, right? This is just an open- source project. It basically sits between Claude Code CLI and the API that you use and you can go from there. All right. Uh Wakeless says, "Love the agent OS. How do you create yours?" Yeah. So, basically the way that I've set it up is we have a a system here for using it inside the air boardroom. So you can get the zip file and then you can just install the zip file from the air off boardroom and that allows you to use the agent OS directly. We also have like prompts and a full road map for using it and instructions inside the zip file on like the read me and how to use it as well. And then every day we're just adding new cool stuff to it. So every day we're updating it with the new updates and and new cool stuff and and just updating and improving every single day. Right? So that's all inside the AR profit boardroom link in the comments description or go to the uh arprofit boardroom.com. So you might be wondering, okay, what free model did we use? We used our alpha. Why? Because it has a million token context window, native tool use, and it's purpose-built for AI agents. So when you plug free clawed code into your agent operating system, you get uh a clawed code experience that's free and a brain that remembers everything because it's got a million token context window. And so there's like three key parts to this. You got claw code CLI, you got free clawed code which is the open source project and you have the brain itself which is our alpha and then you can plug it into a custom dashboard which we've done with this system here. And the thing that I really like about having a custom dashboard like this and why I'd recommend it for you is because you can mold it and change it depending on what comes out right and bear in mind new stuff comes out every single day. So if you see something that's amazing, you're like, "Wow, I want to use that." Then you can just plug it into your system, right? So for example, if we see Remotion comes out, video agents are possible now. Sure, let's plug that in. Hermes agent, we saw that you can use it as a voice agent with 11 Labs now. No problem. Let's plug in Hermes Jarvis and create that. Right? And so all this stuff, bear in mind, I'm not a coder. I'm not technical. I can build. And so if I can build it, you can build it. And you can customize it as much as you want. Right? And so this is the the setup that we've used. And basically if you look at this there's there's four pillars to the agent engine. So this is interesting things like you know most people are paying for APIs. Uh also they lose their data when they're switching. They don't have their own system. Whereas with this system the agent operating system you have it right. It's ready to go. Um, and it's plugged into free APIs. You have the memory as well. So, the memory system is plugged in, which means, you know, a lot of this stuff stays the same no matter what memory or what new tool comes out. And the great thing about that is if, for example, I don't know, let's say, for example, GPT6 comes out next month. Let's say GPT6 comes out. For most people, they're going to have to change the whole setup and switch everything over and it's going to be like shiny object syndrome. If you have a whole memory system that you own and then you have an agent operating system that you've built, the cool thing about that is it doesn't matter what comes out because the systems stay the same. It's just the models and the agents that change and you can easily swap them in and swap them out. So this is a system that we've built. You know there's you there's a claw code CLI then you have free clawed code then you have our alpha for the API and after that you can plug it into agent OS. So you've got the memory the contacts the obsidian studio can cam journal. I mean like we've even trained our agent operating system to be able to send emails. So you can see here we said email me at julianoldie.com saying the calls move to 3pm. Boom. It's done with Hermes, right? And so the power of this stuff is just amazing and it all improves every single day that we use it. And so the four components here are the free brains. You got our alpha which is the model that's free to use million token of context. It supports native tool use. is purpose-built for AI agents and the same teams that built Hermes open claw um already use it as well. So that's pretty cool. And then you got free clawed code. So this is the open- source setup that allows you to use a API for free inside claw code. Once you've done that, you've got agent operating system. And this is the whole dashboard, the whole UI, the whole system for operating your AI agents. And also the cool thing I like about this is like if you were using for example the terminal, it' be very messy, right? It'd be very messy to to see what you've created previously, to see your workspace, to preview stuff. You can't do that inside the terminal, right? Whereas, for example, if you build something out inside an agent operating system, well, you can check it and have a look anytime you want and you can customize it however you want as well, right? So this whole coding system that we built with the agent factory and then the preview that was just created um with my own customizations. And the the fourth part is really the improvements that you make. So the iterations, right? The longer you use it, this whole stack of like free clog code and the API and the memory and the agent OS system. The more you use it, the smarter your stack gets. Every conversation feeds your memory. Every memory sharpens the next conversation. So you can choose which model you use. you can choose your memory and you know you can just switch around and so you have a lot more freedom and the great thing about this is like the cost of running AI is collapsing so the people who set up the right architecture today will have a free agent engine forever and that's the difference here even if you're not running this locally it's fine you don't need to run it locally right you can use free APIs from open router now what I've seen is that most people never try this because They hold a belief that turns out to not be true. Let me break down some of the key ones here. So, some people think that claude code only works with anthropic that you have to pay per token, but claude code can work with any API if you're using the free claude code setup, right? Other people say free models a week. They're pretty bad for agentic work, but bear in mind our alpha is a million token context window native tool use and is purposebuilt for AI agents. Other people say, well, this sounds um technical and scary. That's why we actually built out the agent operating system to make it nontechnical, to make it um easier to use and easier to access so that you don't need to be technical to set this up. You just get the zip file inside the app for boarding and you're good to go. Right? Other people say, well, um if I if I leave Claude, then I'll lose my chat history and integrations. But actually, you don't, right? Because if you have an agent operating system, you have a better memory than Claude. And the reason for that is because you've got Obsidian as the memory set up inside your system. Now, what does that mean? That means that it doesn't matter which tool you switch to, which tool you use, which AI agent you use, doesn't matter, right? Your your memory stays the same, and it's free to use. It's easy to use, and it's just ready to go at any time, right? So, if I go to my knowledge graph here, this is ready to go. I can plug it into any new AI agent that comes out, no problem. Right? And that's the difference right here. Other people say, "Well, our alpha will eventually stop being free and then I'll be stuck." But actually, if you look at Open Router, you can see there's so many different APIs that you can use for free. It doesn't matter if one goes, right? Because there's always a new one that comes out. New Research just released two for free inside their system. This week, they actually set up Step 3.7 Flash for free and then also you can use Nvidia Neatron Ultra for free with news portal as well. So, that's the amazing thing. And the ch when you do this the chain breaks the owls fly free. You know our alpha flies free and you can plug it into whatever you want. So it's pretty amazing. Um so do you do stuff inside terminal to be able to start the agent operating system? No. So what you do is you you get the zip file and then you just install it with Hermes or Claude. And basically there's a whole setup inside the zip file where you can quickly install it with Hermes or Claude or whatever AI agent you prefer and it will just go from there. So our AI agent has built this and then set it up so it's easy for any other AI agent to install. So for example, if you're wondering, okay, is this difficult to set up? Blah blah blah. So you'll actually see lots of people inside the app for Bing have already built theirs. So you can see here Nick built his app um and he was saying how amazing it was. You can see Eric as well. He's built out an amazing system here. This uh Mike built out his own mission control using our systems. Ravit as well. Uh David. So there's just loads of people building this stuff out. Why? Because it's so powerful and also because it's so easy to set up as well. Here's another one, right? John McKenzie built out his own system as well using the agent operating system. So if they can do it, anyone can do it, right? If I can do it, you can do it. So the old way with the system was like you know you're paying for tokens. Um if you stop paying for APIs you lose access and also you know Claude sets the rules right whereas with the agent engine you've got an open source setup our alpha is free as an API and then agent your your system you're setting up the agent operating system is is yours and it's ready to go right so that's the cool thing about this. So that's basically it. That's how to use it, what it looks like, how to set it up, how it works, etc. You got persistent memory in there. You got obsidian involve, you can add your contacts, add your calendar, add the studio, camban, journal, live status as well. And it's really simple and easy to do. So, that's basically it. We've also got a 30-day plan for setting this up as well. And just to recap, you're using our alpha with the Asian operating system. every time you use it is free and also it improves every time you use it because you're making it better and better plus you're improving the memory. And if you want your own agent engine based on what I've shown you today or you can get my set, you could create your own, but if you want my setup ready to go, you can get that inside the AR profit boredom. So it gives you the full system and you also connect with the people running their stacks right now. So all the people I showed you that are creating their own agent operating system, they're all inside the community as well. There's always people online 24/7 to help you, which is great. Um, lots of cool stuff right here. Lots of cool people building awesome stuff as well. It's very active community with people asking questions to get help and support whenever they need to. And also inside there, you get the complete guide on how to set up free claw code. You get the agent OS system. You get obsidian and the infinite context engine we've built. You've got readyto use uh rules for all of this stuff. And we've also set up so much more inside the agent operating system. Like for example, you can see there's a studio, we've got Jarvis built in, we've got the the setup for images and videos and voice. We got persistent sessions, goal mode, workspace, and all your AI agents working together in one place as well. So feel free to get that link in the comments description or go to the aiprofitb.com to get access. Thanks for watching. Today I'm going to show you how to use free clawed code and the goldie agent factory so that you can speak to your free coder which is actually free claw code and then build whatever you want. And you can see some examples of what we've built right here. Um, you can build websites with this, apps, games, tools, etc. Some pretty cool stuff. And this is easy to use. Plus, you can just speak to it and watch it code out in real time using free APIs, which is pretty wild when you think about it. So, let's have a look at this and I'll show you exactly how it works. So, what we can do inside our agent factory like you can see is we can click on this and then it will start building out. We can also speak to it here. And once we've done that, you're going to see on the right hand side that actually builds stuff out. So if we say okay create a beautiful to-do list app you can see that it takes my speech as a prompt and then we don't need to type we can just speak to our AI agent and from here it can go off and start creating what we want right we can also preview that in a bigger window here and we can see what we're building in real time which is pretty crazy now you can see the code is actually being uh set up here so this is the agent building in real time with free clawed code. And so this is just like an amazing free clawed code coder that you can build anything with in real time and just use whenever you want. And that's why I call it the agent factory because you can speak whatever you want and then watch it appear. Right? If I say one sentence, for example, I don't know, build me a snake game, uh a model can write it, create it, and we can preview it. Right? And you can see how that's working in real time right here. Yeah, we can come back and see that in a second and see what we get back. So, the great thing about this is it's free. You can run this with local models or with other models if you want to. It's pretty fast to do and you can input it with speech or text as well, which is great as well. So, you can see that's just set up now. So, we've got the preview here. We can type in add a task. So, let's say set up the agent OS add task and then we're good to go from there. Right? And you can see the other stuff that we built out um directly here too which is pretty amazing. So simple and easy. We can also speak to it here directly inside the chat inside free clawed code. And then we've got the workspace as well. Now the thing I like about this too is like I can just see what we've built out previously and manage everything in one place which is way easier than for example going into terminal and trying to figure out what's been built previously. Right. Um yeah. So that's it. Now you can see some examples of what we've built. So we can play this out as you can see here, which is pretty cool. And so the great thing I like about this is you're still using clawed code and the agent harness, but the great thing is that you don't need to use a paid API, right? You can use a free API and plug it in as well. Now the cool thing about this is there are dozens of free models. Most are fine chat and also what you can do with this as well. So you can pick and swap and test different models out depending on what comes out, what's available and then go from there. So it's simple, it's easy to use and the agent factory here works in in four simple steps like you see. So there's you there's claude code you've got free claude code and then our alpha and that can build whatever you want directly here right we could also use this for example for building out web pages as well so let's try this out now create a landing page for an SEO agency See, and the other cool thing about this as well is like it just automatically understands what I say straight away. So you can see that right here. We can edit it and we can stop it anytime too. And then we just see the live build section here as well. Now obviously depending on the API use, you're going to get better outputs with some stuff versus other stuff. But that's the fun of this is like you can try new APIs and bear in mind APIs getting better all the time. And then also if you haven't seen it already with Olama, you can now use Lama with like loads of different um free APIs too, right? Which is pretty cool. So for example, Neatron 3 Ultra just came out. This is a cloudbased model that you can plug into AI agents. And then another one that just came out that's designed to be a Gentic is a Gemma 4B. And this came out for free. So for example, Gemma 412B that is available for free as well. And you can see the page is ready to go here. So it created that the page. So this is the landing page that we just built with free claw code. Uh you know it's just like a simple sort of way to build apps quickly. And also the cool thing about this is that it's all plugged into the agent operating system. So we've got the mission control, we got claude, openclaw, Hermes, anti-gravity, codeex, free clawed code, etc. And they're all ready to go as you can see it. And then if we want to view the stuff we previously created today, there we go. All inside the workspace. So that's basically it for the Goldie agent factory. You might be wondering, okay, like is this difficult to set up, etc. So we actually made it really easy to set up the agent operating system. You can see, for example, Nick is saying how good it is. Uh Eric built out his own like loads of cool people building out their own agent operating systems inside the air form community. So I know if they can do it, you can do it too. And for me personally, I'm not technical. I can't code. I can't use HTML, etc. really. But I can build this sort of stuff out, right? And why is that? It's because of the power of AI agents these days. So thanks very much for watching. If you want to get my full guide on free claude code, how to use it, you can get that inside the AI profiter boardroom link in the comments description or go to the AI profer.com. And if you want the full setup for the agent operating system with the zip file to install etc you can get that inside this section here. So we have a zip file that you can use inside the resources a full setup guide and a video tutorial here as well. Right. And then you can see we're adding new daily tutorials every single day based on what's come out and what's actually useful. Now for each of these you get a video tutorial, you get a breakdown of how to use it. Um you get a full guide with a 30-day road map and prompts on how to get the most out of it, etc. And this is all inside the classroom. Inside the community, you can ask questions and we help you. Um, there's always people 24/7 online, which is great. So, you can see even right now there's 80 people online right now. So, if you ask a question, you're going to get responses pretty quickly as well. So, for example, Philip about a question here, he's already had three responses, which is awesome. And then inside the classroom, you get access to all of my new trainings, new lessons, etc. If you're a complete beginner, you can go from beginner to expert here. If you want new daily tutorials in the agent OS is here. We also have four weekly coaching calls. So you can get help and support on a live call if you want to jump on a call. And the great thing about that is that you can share your screen, you can ask questions, you can meet other members, you can see what they're working on, etc. Right inside the map, you can actually connect with people in your local city who are using AI agents like free claw code and claw code and hermes and everything else. And also you can connect with me inside here too. So feel free to get that link in the comments description or go to the aiprofitborn.com. Thanks for watching. Hermes agent is one of the most powerful AI agents in the world. And this agent operating system makes it even better. So this is a powerful way to control and manage your AI agents. I'm going to show you and talk you through exactly how we set up, how it works, etc. So you can see that Hermes is plugged in right here. Now what we have first of all is a mission control system. And so this allows me to manage all my agents in one place. You can see what model we've plugged into Hermes here. We can see what our providers are. We can check out the control room etc. And then what we've actually done is we've built out a chat where you can speak to it directly. Now this is so much better than if you were going inside your terminal and then you were trying to use Hermes here because there's no conversation history inside your terminal, right? You can't see what's happened. Most people are not technical enough to use uh hermization directly anyway. And so when you have a system like this, number one, it's much easier to use. Number two, you can see all your history saved in one place. And number three, you can go back and see what you've done previously to recap. As you can see, so we've got a long trail of conversation history. Now, the other great thing about this too is that if we scroll down here, we've actually plugged in uh access to send emails. So, we said to Hermes, like you can see, send email mejulen.com saying the calls moved to 3 p.m., right? And you can see it's now sent. Now, we can also do voice input for this, too. And then if we go over to our emails, we've got the email right here, right, from Hermes agent. And what we've actually done is set up a separate email address for Hermes agent that's connected so that it can manage my inbox. It can organize things for me. It's kind of like a personal assistant. and it's ready to go 24/7. Right now, we've also got this talk mode. Now, what this allows us to do is we can switch between voices and then we can have a chat in real time. Now, this is only possible because of Miniax M3 that just dropped this week. And so, with Miniax M3, we can use this voice agent. We can speak to our AI agent real time and then we can have a conversation and go back and forth. But not just that, we can also use something called Javvis. Hermes Jarvis. And so Hermes Jarvis is a powerful way to use Hermes as an AI system. And what you'll notice is that each one of these is a new system, an easy way to navigate between each tab and organize Hermes in a way where we can get the most out of it with a quick command. So we can actually switch between these two models. And if we say, for example, open up Google for me, you can see it opens up Google right here. Right? Super easy and simple. Nope. Google now. So, there's actually a voice on that in the background, too. I just don't have it because I don't think it will sound very good on this video. But you can see here that we can basically control it through the chat. We've got the email setup and everything else. We have the talk mode where we can have live voice calls. And not only that, but we have Hermes Jarvis where we can speak and command our AI agent. It replies in an actual voice. We actually train this to sound like a kind of English butler. And then it can control our computer. It can organize things for us, right? And we can also type commands too. Or we can just use this section here. I prefer to just use the voice commands here. And the amazing thing about that is it can you can speak to it, right? You can command it. It can do things for you. Now, the other thing that we've got here is Hermes Studio. And again, this is only possible because there's been two new updates that came out recently. One of them is Groof, right? So you can use gro off and then you can also use miniax as well. Now the cool thing about this is when you're using miniax or grock they can both create videos. They can both generate images. They can both generate voice notes or podcasts even if you wanted to. And so you can see examples of what we've created over here using this AI agent. Now if you don't want to use Miniax or for example Grock with Hermes agent, you can actually plug in remotion. Remotion as a skill allows your Hermes agent to create videos for you and then organize and edit them like you can see here. So, these are even some videos that have been created with my AI avatar as you can see. And this is another one where what we've actually got here is an AI agent that has created a bunch of stuff and then created a video about the stuff it's um published with previews. You can see this all stuff AI has built for us and then it's created a video around it as well. So it's really really crazy what you can do with this if you understand how to organize it properly. And the key to this is having a system Hermes itself inside the terminal not particularly great right not it's just chat GPT right you you're not going to get a lot out of it over here but if you plug it into an agent operating system like you can see then you can you can 10x it power you can make it 100 times better. And the if you want my full setup, I mean you could set this up yourself. If you want my full setup, it's actually inside the AI description or go to the apiprofitboardroom.com. And so now we have the chat, the talk, Jarvis, the studio with video, images, and voice as well. Now what I also like is this section and one of the other things I would say about this whole system is if you look at the UI, it's beautifully designed, right? It's easy to navigate. It's simple. It collects everything in one place. And also, we don't just have to stick to Hermes. We could switch to OpenCL. We could switch to Claude. We could go back to Hermes if we want to as well. And if we look for our previous sessions, you can see that we've got our conversation history here. So, we can see when it was last active, how we commanded it, so through for example the CLI or through the API, etc. the ID and then also the provider um preview as well. Then we've got the status section. So we can see everything that's summarized in one place. Uh we have the skills section here. So we can see all the skills that we've plugged in, plugins, the camb board. Um and that's that's basically it. Now on the note of the camb board, what you can see over here is that we have a full orchestration setup for organizer and AI agents. Why is that important? It's important because if you have multiple Hermes profiles or multiple AI agents, you can command them now in one simple task. So if we give a task here, what I actually do is triage a task with my main AI agent and then it will delegate that task into smaller subtasks and that will move across the board. So you can see for example here if we look at this project we can preview it and we can see everything that's been done right for this project and this was built with multiple different AI agents. The same for this for example we can see with this keyword research everything that we've done and so everything that we create with cambbans we can preview over here. we can organize and orchestrate all our different AI agents and we have multiple different profiles that we can use. So if you want like a full team of AI agents, this is how you can do it right now from here. We have the goal mode. The interesting thing about goal mode is you can basically give it a task and it will just go off and work on it for hours and you can actually give it long horizon tasks. So most people are not aware of this, but you can give a goal to Hermes and then it gets 20 turns or even 50 turns if you change the settings to achieve that goal. Now you might be wondering, okay, but how does it know when the goal is achieved? Sometimes AI agents, you know, don't understand that properly. Well, what you've actually got is a judge built inside Hermes as part of the goal skill. And so it judges if the goal has been completed. And if it hasn't been completed, Hermes goes away for another turn and then just keeps iterating until the judge finally says, "Yes, this is good to go." Right? And so you can launch a goal here and quickly go in. Now again, if you wanted to normally set this up, you would have to go through the full documentation, remember all the terminal commands for running goals with AI agents, and then understand exactly how to use it and get the most out of it. That's not really my style. I like to simplify things. And so what I've actually done is built from the documentation a whole system here where we can generate and set up goals whenever we want to. And that's way more powerful and way easier to set up than for example going into the terminal understanding the documentation. Right? So you see how not only have we set up and organized Hermes into its key most powerful parts but also we've made it easier to use each of these. So instead of you having to look through the documentation which is confusing, technical, timeconuming, energy draining, we can just plug it in here. Now what we've got over here as well is this section where we can actually preview everything that we've created. Right? So you can see for example all these different web pages and skills and games for example that we've built with Hermes agent. We can preview it in one place as different artifacts. And so for example we've got the videos here, right? We've got for example the images as you can see we've got the audio right we've got the uh workspace and everything else and the great thing about this is we can control and manage our AI agents whenever we need to then from there we've got the MCPs now you might be saying okay why would you use MCPs well for example as I was talking about before when we were talking about uh Gmail right connecting our AI agents so they can send emails manage your inbox etc well we've got this set up here. Right? So, we have an MCP that's connected from an email inbox to our Hermes agent and that's how we connected and made them work. And so, you can basically add new MCPS here and organize them whenever you want. We also have a control room where you can manage all your sessions and everything else. But here's one of the most important parts which is the manage section. And so, this is a new update that just dropped with V0.16 that has come out from Hermes Asian. And what it allows us to do is basically we can chat with our AI agent inside the sessions. We can organize and see our sessions here. We can go inside the models and change the provider and everything else which is great. Then we have the logs of everything that's been done. The schedule tasks. So you can see for example daily Japanese learning, daily good morning, etc. If we want to delete one of these, we can just delete it like so. And then it's easy to organize too. We can also edit those skills and those schedule tasks. And this just makes it way easier to organize as well. Right? So you see how this is much cleaner and better to organize. Um even for example like setting up the different channels like for example Telegram or Discord or anything else. So we can control this from our phone. We can set up inside the channels here and it's ready to go at any point right we can do the pairing. Um we can actually give approved users access to our Hermes agent if we want to as well. We've got multiple profiles here. So, if you want to manage all your Hermes profiles in one place, you've got that section there. Then you got the config um the keys for all your LM providers here, which is awesome. So, you can add multiple models and store it in one place. You got the system details here. And it's just like wow, there's so much you can do with Hermes Agent. And I honestly I found it like really smooth, easy to use. If I compare Open Claw, for example, versus Hermes Agent, Hermes is way more adaptable. It's way easier to organize something like this. Um, and then we also have other stuff too. So, we have, for example, the SEO content pipeline section. We have the goal section here. We have the the video agent that we can use. We have the another studio, right? And so, every single element of Hermes and all the power of it is just organized in one place and we can control it and manage it in one place. And and that's why I think using something like this will help you get 10 times more out of your Hermes agent than anything else. So, if you've not already built out an agent operating system, definitely recommend it. If you just want mine, you can get it inside the AI profiter boardroom link in the comments description or go to the proferborn.com. Inside the community, you can ask questions, you can get help and support. Um, for example, like if someone asks a question here as you can see, we actually get back to them. Uh, so and and you can see it's super useful like Laxman was like, you know, thanks so much for the update and you can see he asked a question within a few hours who had already answered it, right? and he also got answers from everyone else inside the community. So everyone else has given him help and support which is amazing as well. Now inside the classroom you can get access to all of my new daily trainings. So for example here we have new daily updates which we actually date. So you can see what's the new stuff. Then we have the agent operating system set up. So if you want the full system that I have just shown you, you can see when it was last updated. So we updated it today. Get a video tutorial for setting up. Then you get the zip file as well. And then also inside the new daily updates, you get video tutorials, full guides, full setups, etc. You can ask me anything as well about all this sort of stuff. You get a full beginner course where you go from beginner to expert with AI automation. And you get all these trainings here. Now, inside the calendar, you can actually jump on weekly coaching calls. So you can get help and support in real time on a call, share your screen, meet other members, ask questions, etc. And then inside the map, you can actually meet people in your local area who are using AI agents like you. Right? So you can see that this easy way to connect with people in your local area who are using AI agents and so you know they're using Hermes, you're using Hermes, etc. So it's a really great place where we're all just positive helping each other learn, helping each other grow um grow and that sort of thing. The other thing I would say here is like you might think, oh, this is technical, this is too difficult, blah blah blah. We've tried to make it as easy as it possibly can be for setting up something like this. You can see, for example, Nick got it set up. Uh, Eric set up an agent operating system. Loads of people were just setting up amazing operating systems. We actually got 177 pages of testimonials like you can see here. So, loads of people just getting great results with this stuff. Um, and you know, some of these people have never touched AI before, but when they get a system like this, it totally changes everything for them because now they can manage their business. They can organize everything. They can get the most out of Hermes without having to go through all the documentation and everything. So, thanks for watching. Hope to see you inside the profit war link in the apiprofit.com. There's a brand new skills update to Hermes agent that allows you to basically search and find powerful skills that make your AI agent even better, right? And this is for Hermes. So, I'm going to show you exactly how to use it today. It's a skills hub browser. And basically the powerful way about this is you can see okay what's been used what how can you use stuff how can you set it up etc. And it's also connected to their hubs plus there's a way to scan them to check if they're legit or not. You also got multiple trust here built in and feedback as well. So it's a faster search um setup as well. Now if you haven't already the first thing you want to do is make sure that you've updated Hermes. How do you do that? So if you go to your manage tab for Hermes agent inside the dashboard, you can actually click on the update section here and then you can go from there. Once you've done that, you can actually go to the manage section inside the AI agent like for example Hermes. And from here you can actually search and find new skills to set up. Right? So how do you do that? Well, if you go to the skill section, like you can see, then you can select all and you can see what you've previously created and what you've built, right? So, these are all skills that we've already got installed. A lot of these actually come with Hermes directly as default. Then you've got tool sets, right? So, for example, like we've got tool sets for browser automation, um for terminal, for web search, etc., which is great. And then this is the big update is that you now have this setup, right? And so what this is is basically a way to use Hermes to browse and install skills in one single click. And it's connected to many different hubs. So for example, we have uh skills.sh which is like skills bundles. You have clawhub which is open clause claw claw market. Um you have claude marketplace and these are all connected like you can see right here. And also if you ever want to update your skills you can do it like so. Right. So, if we go inside the skills section and we're like, right, okay, I want my AI agents to be able to manage my email. Well, I can type in email here and from there, it's going to start searching for relevant skills that we can give to Hermes to start managing our email. So, anything that you want to search and find or improve inside your Hermes agent, you can now search. It says skill and then once that's completed, you can then download those skills. So it will take a couple of minutes just to search across everything but this just makes it way better for using as well. And the other important thing here as well is that you can now see the verdict, right? So it actually analyzes the skill and tells you okay this is safe to install which is pretty useful as well. We can also search GitHub as well, which is pretty useful too. So you can find skills across multiple different places and then install whatever you want. So for example and and just to show you the old way versus the new way. So this is the old way and you can see it takes quite a long time to actually search for stuff. Whereas if we go inside the browse section here actually found everything straight away. Okay. So, we typed in social media and then we can see all of these different skills like so. Right now, if we click on them, you can see here that we can scan the skill. Why is that important? It's important because if you're installing skills that have been created by other people and you're giving them access to your Hermes agent or to anything um that can, for example, you know, do computer use or access your browser. Well, you want to make sure that it's a skill you can trust. So, how do you do that? Well, I mean, I would always check the skill yourself. Don't just rely on the scan. But then you can also scan it here and check is it legit or not? Should you do it or not? So you can see here it says verdict. Um and it says just be cautious of actually installing it. Right? Actually blocked the install, right? Which is pretty interesting. If you do want to install it, you can click on that like so. You can rescan it. You can also read the skill MD file. The reason that you would want to read the skill MD file is because you want to know, okay, what what's in there? What instructions is it giving to my Hermes agent? And so the benefit of this is number one, you get loads of free skills so you can improve your Hermes agent. Number two, those skills make your Hermes agent much better. Number three, it's much easier to see the skill itself and understand it. And then number four, you can scan the skill to get an automatic verdict on like is it is it worth installing this or not? You know, is it useful or not? And it's much faster to search across your skills as well. Plus, you get a one-click install, so it's easy to set up as well, right? Which is pretty nice. So, here's another one like um this setup here. And there's so many different skills, you know, there's literally thousands and thousands of skills you can install. One thing to be careful of is like the more skills you give your AI agent, the more it can slow it down because if it's accessing all those skills and searching between them, sometimes it'll get confused. Sometimes it will use more API tokens, etc. So, I would be careful in terms of which ones you manage and which ones you set up. But, if you ever need to switch some off, no problem. Right? You've got your list of all the skills here and you can just search between them and then switch them off if you need to as well which is pretty cool. Now this is something that I call the Goldie skill vault which is basically a new framework thinking about this right and so we can see all these different skills across multiple different hubs. Um every result is a card. So you got the description, the trust here, um the scan etc. You can preview the skill, decide whether you want to install it or not. And you can add more skills as well to your AI agent just to make it more powerful. Whereas before it was quite difficult to install skills for Hermes. It was easier for OpenClaw because you couldn't search across anything. You couldn't find new skills, right? Um and then sometimes you'd install one but you're like don't know if I like that one yet, you know, and it's not good enough. So it's a really easy setup. But basically, you know, in terms of the way thinking it, I would look at it in four layers, right? Right? If you stack them, the skills help stops being a guessing game and starts being a powerful tool that you can embed into your Hermes agent. So, number one, it's a catalog, right? So, you got all these different skills across multiple different hubs and you can just search for them as you can see over here, right? You search for them in the browser section. Then you preview them, right? So, you read the actual skill MD file before installing, which means like no more mystery skills and not knowing what they are, etc. Then you can scan the skill. So you do the security scan and just check, okay, is it worth installing or not? And then finally, you got the tier. So you've got this colorcoded setup per result. So if we go back inside Okay. We can search and we can see okay what tier is it on right and that just makes it easier to organize too. So you got for example trusted, built-in or community and they're all colorcoded as tiers for your skill section. Now the old way for example was like you would have a blank box with a name and an install. You only really had one source to find new results. You had no no clue if it was like official and you kind of most people just avoided or didn't use the skills tab. Whereas now like you could add a new skill every day if you wanted to or you could just add ones. I would just focus on the ones I actually like to be fair. You can scan them. You can see the trust here. And you can also see that it's colorcoded as well. Okay, super simple and easy. And you can see an example of how it works right there. Now, one thing to note is you always want to make sure you update first. So, make sure you updated your Hermes agent. How do you do that? So, you would go inside the manage section. And then you can scroll down to update Hermes and install it like so. Makes it nice and easy. And that's basically it for the setup. Right now, if you want a full agent operating system where you can manage your agents, you can see all the skills that have been installed. You can see the MCPs we've set up. Uh you can have a nice little workspace for managing your Hermes agent. Plus, you got the goal mode, all your previous sessions. You can see all your skills you've installed here. Uh we have the studio for video, images, and voice. We have Javius where you can actually speak to your AI agent and then it can go off and do stuff. Then we have the talk mode where you can have a conversation and we have the chat as well with all your history as well. Right? So it's really easy to manage your AI agents using this. Plus you can plug in openclaw and claude and gemini and anti-gravity and free claw code and whatever you want. You can do that with the agent operating system inside the AI profit boardroom. So the new skills hub itself is brilliant on its own, but the real unlock is when those skills run inside a system that already knows yours. So this is connected to for example like our memory setup as you can see right here. And then also what we've got here is that we have the camb board. So we can orchestrate our teams. And then let's say for example we set up a skill like hyperframes for generating videos. Well we can set up this whole section we which we have for commanding our AI agent and then it can generate um avatar videos like so. Right. And that uh pure says what you using for avatar. So you can see how we're using it here. Right. So we can just type in a prompt and then we can generate avatar videos like so which is pretty powerful. And then also using this setup we can also create videos with our AI agent too right. Um so that's how we do it. And if you want the full setup on how to use this etc. You can get it inside the AR perform. You can see a fully um edited avatar video like so using the video agent. Pretty powerful stuff and you can do it with this whole system, the agent operating system. We got a full training on it inside there. So, inside there, you get the full zip file, the whole agent operating system ready to run. You get every prompt, the obsidian memory set up. You get coaching calls every week where we can set up together a 30-day road map to get your agents live and implemented in your business and a room of 3,400 operators building and scaling with AI automation right now. So, this is what it looks like. You can ask questions inside the community. you can get access to the classroom. If you want the agent OS, it's over here. So, we've got a video tutorial on how to set up. We have the last update date, so we update it daily. And then you can also see that we have the zip file on how to use it, plus new daily tutorials on all this sort of stuff. So, if you want to learn what's useful, how to use Hermes, etc., then you can do it. And also, we have coaching course here. We have the map where you can connect with people in your local city using AI agents. And that's all inside the AI profit boardroom. Link in the comments description or go to the apiprofit.com to get access. Thanks for watching.
