Here are the 6 levels to climb. Level 1 is the easy part. The real leverage sits higher up.

Level 1: Start

1. Install in 2 minutes with one command.
2. Run /init → nó tự viết CLAUDE.md cho bạn.
3. Commit trước, rồi /rewind để undo drift.
4. Dùng Plan Mode trước khi nó đụng file nào.

Level 2: Brief It

1. CLAUDE.md là brief, load mỗi session.
2. Nhập rules, voice, stack của bạn.
3. Định nghĩa “done” để nó viết hướng tới mục tiêu.
4. Lưu fix lại — sai một lần thành rule mới.

Level 3: Plan & Guard

1. Chạy /plan trước → tiết kiệm 20 phút.
2. Làm việc trên branch, giữ main sạch.
3. Paste stack trace — nó sửa tận gốc nguyên nhân.
4. Auto mode: scope, chạy, duyệt các quyết định lớn.

Level 4: Shortcuts

1. Build Skills biến prompt dài thành một câu lệnh.
2. Bắn cả workflow bằng slash command.
3. Đổi model: Sonnet cho đa số việc, Opus khi đáng.
4. Output ra file thật, không phải preview trong chat.

Level 5: Delegate

1. Subagents chia một task lớn.
2. Cất specialist agents trong .claude/agents/.
3. Thêm QA sub-agent kiểm tra output.
4. Một dashboard cho mọi background session.

Level 6: Automate

1. Xích agent teams thành pipeline đầy đủ.
2. Schedule routine trên cloud, laptop tắt máy.
3. Nối Notion, Slack, Figma qua MCP.
4. Script it — hàng trăm agent chạy.

Climb one level and you buy back hours. Climb all six and it starts to run itself.
