The levels

• Level 1 — The Amateur: treats Claude like a fancy Google search. One question, one answer, close the tab. No memory, no projects — using ~5% of Claude (“a NASA supercomputer calculating 2+2”). Two upgrades:
  1. Make Claude interview you first — “Before you answer, ask me any questions you need to do this properly.”
  2. Make Claude check its own work — just say “check your work” for a better output.
• Level 2 — The Regular: treats Claude like a workspace, not a chat. Uses Projects per role / client / workflow, so Claude remembers who they are. Setup: create a project named after your role (e.g. “marketing”), then build a master prompt for that role — and you can ask Claude to interview you to build it.
• (Higher levels build toward persistent systems and autonomous workflows that run without manual input.)

The throughline: persistent memory + making Claude interview/verify itself is what separates levels.
