Tips

  1. Name the Output, Not the Task — Replace “review,” “help,” or “look at” with the exact task. Specify the format (table, bullets, JSON, doc). Set boundaries — what to include, what to ignore. Vague verbs get vague drafts.

  2. Lead With Action — Remove “Can you help me…” Remove “I need you to…” Start with the verb: Write. Find. Draft. Send. State the action immediately.
